Don't quote me but I read somewhere else that a guy put an Avon 230 with no modification on his custom. Personally I have driven a m109 and it has a 240 and I did not like it. Having a sense of being somewhat nimble is always good to get out of trouble. I to have googly eyes for a "fatty" but I think a Metz 210 would look awesome and still handle nice. I'm picking up my 2010 custom SE TOMMORROW!! No sleep for me....infact I think I might be feeling kind of sick when the dealer calls me when its ready..

Do a search. There's many threads of info on the subject and there are trade-off's when going bigger.

I have heard 230 and you have to trim or ditch the belt guard.

I like my 200. Not sure how a 230 would do when getting agressive in the twisties. Even the 200 is not as nibble as the OEM 180 and took some getting used to.
