new pipes

I'm thinking about changing my stock pipes to the Cobra speedster swept pipes and I'm curious if you have to do anything to the fuel injectors. I've seen different controllers, but am not sure how they work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanx, Mark

Usually it is unnecessary if just swapping pipes. No real power gain either, if that's what you were looking for.

I'm not really looking for power, just want to change the sound some. Want to make it a little throatier (deeper)

Cobra makes the fuel management 2000r and they recomend it in their exhaust instructions but you don't really need it unless you add a aftermarket intake.
