Autolite does make one and it is a $2.89 plug. it is a traditional. pn 4303)
Our plug cross matches only to our bike and the 06 800. Now when I look up stuff for other years of the 800 they are a different plug number. But all the stats are the same. the thread is the same 10mm and the reach 19mm. the gap is of course adjustable. Even the heat range is the same.
Now that being said Nippon Denso makes a iridium plug for the 800 IU22 they list it for 1995 to 2001. And they make the U22ESR-N which is compatiable with our 900 and the 800, and when you go to www.GlobalDenso.com they list the U22ESR-N for our bike, but they say to use IW22 for iridium. But when I look up that IW22 on www.sparkplugs.com they say that the IW22 has a thread size of 14mm, and a reach of 19mm. and the socket needed is 13/16, not the 5/8 that the other plug uses for the socket size.

Now I think that Denso screwed up on saying that the IW22 goes to our bike. They must mean we need the IU22.
Now according to sparkplugs.com the IU22 crossmatches to a NGK IX CR7EIX. But the NGK uses a larger center electrode. It is 0.6mm versus the Denso which is 0.4mm, and I have been under the understanding that smaller is better. There is a full Tech write up here. http://www.sparkplugs.com/pdfs/iri.pdf
Now back to the main thing. I have the same interferrance issue that you are talking about in my car. When I use my XM Inno, which to listen to I use a mini to rca adapter which is plugged into my radio through the cd changer port. When I rev the engine I can hear it through the car speakers, I can only hear it when I am using the cables. If I use the FM modulator I don't hear it. This makes me believe it is a ground issue, nothing to do with my plugs. I am running Bosch Platinum plus4. I do have a bad spark plug wire, one of the extensions that goes down through the DOHC has a crack in the side of it. Since I rarely drive this car, cuz I ride or drive my wifes or use my work take home truck I don't care to spend the money to fix it. So I just wrap the extension in electrical tape and it is okay for awhile. So I would start looking at grounds. Like this intercom it must have a ground wire, maybe it isn't cutting. I would say to look at your spark plug cables, but this bike is so new it shouldn't be a problem, but stranger things happen. Like the Vulcan 750 would come from the factory with no grease in the rear drive splines.
