VN900 Vance and Hines Slash Cut Quiet Baffles

My VN900 got done by the EPA for excessive noise.
I have Vance and Hines Slash Cut staggereds fitted and they have a sharp crackle and are very loud.
I cannot buy a quiet baffle for it, so decided to modify the existing baffles.
It still is not quiet enough to pass the EPA test, so I will be fitting the original pipes. The sound is greatly improved and has a deeper burble.

Check out the Vid.

Why can't you buy quiet baffles for it? I ordered mine from V&H for $75 and replaced the V&H stock baffles in about 10 minutes. Quiets them down considerably and produces a pleasing deep tone. The local Kawi dealer didn't now what I was talking when I asked for quiet baffles about so I called V&H directly and they said sure, we'll send out a quiet set of baffles for you.

I purchased some aftermarket quiet baffles as well. Helped out a ton.

Barefoot Exhaust modifier :)

Hi
I am in Australia, My V&H Oz agent is not able to supply quiet baffles for this model, but gave me the idea to have a go myself. It is summer down here and shorts/tshirt bare feet is standard
