Quick question about battery tender hook up

Finally purchased a battery tender. I guess it's better to ask than burn my bike to the ground. Do our bike have a negative grounded battery? Is there a problem connecting the positive lead to the positive terminal and negative lead to the negative terminal? Or should I connect the negative lead somewhere on the frame?

Thank you

Ideally you should connect both leads directly to the battery terminals. I can go into all sorts of exotic electromechanical points here but in a nutshell, direct / shortest path works best. Bikes, I know of no variants, are negative ground. I hope I addressed you issue.
