Fuse block mod with relay ignition switch

So here is the finish picture. i start a new thread so if anyone search for this mod later will find it easier to understand.

1. Fuse block: you can get from local NAPA atuo parts store for 16.99.

2. 30 or 40 AMP relay: to turn on/off from key switch to fuse block.

3. Inline fuse: Use it betwin the battery and relay.

4. on/off switch: if you have other device like heated acc or driving lights.

The whole mod is pretty simple but it just takes time to run the wires and cover it. now its save and secure with fuse and always off when the key is out. My speaker set, driving lights, USB charger all in one.

MAPPING, there is no Negitive post on fuse block from the one i got from napa.
So all acc negitive will go on any location on fram or anywhere you want.
fuse block only share Positive post.

Evo, Install looks really clean. Very nice job. Did you also install your HID?

I have those edge wall cut out for the wire so i can close my tool box with the original cover that come with the bike. it looks a lot nicer when you close it....like nothing happen. just some wire coming out from the side.
hope this help other members. its easy mod that make the bike safer with all the fuse at same location. easy access and fix.
and the battery positive post are clean and only have one wire connect to it so that the red rubber cover still cover the whole post, another safety extra too.

Dang... If I had thought of it would have suggested going to Huntington Beach to pick it up. They have a store location there. It'll give you another project next weekend.

Oh i forgot, the special supprise was those 4 LED bar next to the head light.
I was going to get the constellation driving light with LED H3 bulb swap.
but than there is no point to get the constellation for 400 if i swap for LED...
might as well just get LEDs....lol i save 400 from constellation and spend about 10 bucks from Homedepot and 40 bucks for 2 set of LED lights from pepboys. installed with fuse box. so no more constellation driving light.
i rather use the power to my speaker. and DDM HID will cover just fine. 400 seem extra after all that thinking.

I know, i went there years ago when i have my car.
but i called them up after i ordered......lol
they dont have it instock anymore.
everything ship from china now. if i knew i would't order it.
you know i always want it now than 10 days later......lol
but hell with it, thats something i can do later, nothing to do with the fuse box mod so its okay. they are seperate project. I'm planing to put the balast in front on top of the grill. if you know what i mean. there is a screw on top holding the grill and i'm planing to use that to secure it. we will see....

Thanks!!

Easy!!! open your seat, you will see 4 wraped wire tube from rear fender.
those are 1 break, 2 turn signal, and license light.
so what you are going to do is find what connector is for the lisence plate.
What i did was using a wire tap to tap into the + and wah la!!! it work.

you can also see in my picture. try to find that "clear rubber" cover all 4 wire. thats the locationi tap. good luck
