Here is an interesting story. I was down at the local haunt last night. On any given night here in Nova Scotia, at the local Tim Hortons where I live, bikes of all makes and sizes gather. Anyways, I got to talking to a Vulcan 800 rider. He had the spoked rims, exactly like mine, but, he was running them TUBELESS. He swears he checks them every other week, and only occasionally tops them up. His rims AREN'T sealed. He said his local tire dealer told him it was a myth that spoked wheels can't hold air. WHAT AM I MISSING? This guy was sincere.
