2014 Vulcan 900 upgrade thoughts

Wanna start off by saying awesome site you guys have here. Quick run down, I’ve always had sport bikes and have been riding for quite awhile. I just recently purchased a 2014 Vulcan 900 classic with only 300 miles on it. The bike is pretty much stock with only freedom performance pipes.
I’m lookin at ordering a power commander 5 (plugs in at the ECU) also the auto tuner piggy back with wideband O2 sensors and a cobra air cleaner.
My questions are;(1) are any of you currently running a power commander 5 if so how do you like it (2) are any of you running an auto tuner I opted to go with the one with 2 O2 sensors since the pipes don’t connect (3) is it the correct decision to run 2 O2 sensors since the pipes don’t connect or is running just one okay (4) is there any other mods I need to be looking to do?

Check out Ivan's flash for the ECU instead of wasting money on a power commander and auto tuner. I have a 1700 and it made a big difference.

Google Ivans Performance to find his site.
The following is copied from his website:

Kawasaki VN900 ECU programming (Re-Flash) includes the following:

1) Fix all inherent fueling problems inside the ECU.
(the ones that cannot be fixed with an external fuel tuner.
Includes fueling changes - External fuel tuner not needed for 95% of setups - just plug in and go !!

2) Disable fuel cut
a) Gets rid of poor throttle transitions from closed throttle.

b) Gets rid of annoying popping and banging during decel and also jerky response when re-applying the throttle from closed.

c) Throttle modulation is noticeably improved over what can be achieved with a fuel tuner alone.

d) Dramatic improvement upon re-application from closed throttle (in all riding conditions).

3) Remove AIS (PAIR valve) error code
Valve can be removed without error code.

4) Cooling Fan comes on at 200 degrees and goes off at 188
Engine won't heat up as much when you are in traffic.

5 ) Complete custom re-curve of ignition timing
a) Gets rid of part throttle timing retarder for more response and less vibration when cruising and moderate acceleration.

b) Gets rid of ignition timing issues that are unique to the VN900's

c) Set timing for maximium power and driveability across the entire rpm range & all throttle positions

d) Adjust timing to be the same for all gears.

6) Reduced heavy engine braking on decel.
More relaxed gear changes and throttle modulation at all speeds.

7) Reduced running temperatures.
With the new tuning parameters, the engine produces less heat which causes less wear on your engine.

8) All power limiters removed
More passing power when you want it and more fun to ride.

9) All driveability inhibitors removed
Throttle response is immediate and the engine is extremely revhappy and always wants to accelerate.

10) Free upgrades when/if we make improvements.

11) Return your ecu back to stock at no charge for any reason.
(shipping not included)

12) Anything that compromises performance and/or driveability is eliminated.
---- External fuel tuner not needed for most (95%) setups !!

I have the cobra air intake system and the cobra power pro back fuel controller. 06 900lt

Pleased with the results. A little more punch on the throttle. Shift points seem to have shifted a bit, I don't even think about 5th geat till at least 60-65 and there is still power available to pass at that speed.

For the money I think the Ivan's flash is a better deal, but I did mine in stages over 2 years so no big deal.
Good luck on your journey.
