Rear shock setting

I have a 2009 Classic LT 900; the stock setting for the rear shock is at position 4, which the OM says is for a 150 pound rider. Seeing there are only 7 positions on it, and it is already at position 4, where do you all have yours set at? I'm 220 lbs. Sometimes I ride two up (140 lbs extra).

I've not noticed it bottoming out or anything like that while two-up.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

I'm 195 and I moved mine to #6. It's on the stiff side but it's a nice ride when my wife is on (125).

I had the same problem my 09 Classic, I changed the settting to 5 because is kept bottoming out on 4. I did try 6 (once) to see what that was like, it was a very STIFF ride - definately would not do that again.
