Spark Plugs

Do you have to remove the tank to get to the spark plugs??

It is easier to ask forgiveness than it is to ask for permission

Cheers,

Take out the bolts at the rear, tilt the tank upward and prop up with a piece of 2x4. You should be able to get at them using the plug wrench in the tool kit.

Real gun control is having the ability to hit your target.

Changing Plugs

This trick works great for the rear plug but have to wiggle a bit with the socket under the tank for the front plug. Use the tool kit plug socket and short extension or a short 5/8 in plug socket with swivel extension and dont' forget the anti-seize. My original plugs after 15K miles looked fine but put new NGK 3901's in anyway.
