Throttle body question

Just curious, there are 2 adjustment screws on the TB. I know one is for idle, but I don't know what the other does. It sits behind a spring and moves with the throttle. I thought this was some sort of cable adjustment, but I don't think it is.

Any ideas what that screw is for?

The screw is just right of the idle screw in the pic.

EDIT: After reading the 900 LT Idle thread, I found out it adjusts the fast idle.
