Flag Mounting . . .

So, I did some searching around the forum, and can't really come up with an answer for this question.

I have a Cobra Sissy Bar and luggage rack on my bike, and I'm looking for an off-the-shelf flag mounting system (similar to this one). Something that will mount to either the luggage rack or sissy bar.

Does anybody have anything that they know will fit? Does anybody know the thickness of the luggage rack tubing or sissy bar? Any assistance would be appreciated!

Normally I would be pissed off pacomutt but since I know you are riding one also, I have to laugh at you. The word "Jap" is a derogatory word.

Oops, sorry! Didn't mean to offend! Just heard that used too often as a prefix to "bikes", I guess.
