stock pulley

Took the 99 cent pulley I got off ebay to work today, and wire EDM'ed 12 more slots in it to match the other 6 already in it. Now I just need to decide wiether to polish , chrome, or anodize it!!

Looks great wilbur! My vote is for chrome. Then add a chrome lower guard and the left and right will finally match up!

I'm thinking of polishing it first, and see how it looks. Then I'll decide if I am going to chrome it.

I'd recemend going with anodising, you can get some colors and it increases the strength / tuffness of the surface. Chrome in a wear area can get to flaking off and get real ugly.

Heres two pics after wire EDM, sanding and polishing. Just have to clear and put on bike.
