Raising a 900 Classic Lt

I'm about to purchase a used 2007 Vulcan 900 Classic Lt. It's in really good shape but the owner is short and lowered it 2 inches in the back and 1 in the front. I'm 6 feet tall and would prefer the factory height, but the owner doesn't have the factory parts. Does anyone know where I can get a kit to raise the bike back to the original height or maybe where I could get factory parts? Thanks.

Here's the part 39111 that I think they replace with shorter, but don't take my word for it, I just THINK this is the part they swap out with shorter links.

If that IS the part, then from Ron Ayers this next link is the part you'd need to replace for $72.54 from there. Not a big price for the rear. I suppose when lowering the front they just cut the springs. Could be a good time to go to Progressive springs to not only return it to the correct height but stiffen up a rather loose front end anyways. It's on my list for this winter.

Heres the part, which you can get from the first page by just clicking on the part number anyways.
