Just wondering if I'm all alone out here or if I might have some company on this side of the world

Does "in spirit" count? I have a long-standing love of Southeast Asia, Indonesia, the Philippines, and thereabouts. Never been to the Philippines, but I've hit all around there and I'm up for it!

And, dayum, I can eat me some pancit, adobo and lumpia. (No, you go ahead and have the balut.) I've even been known to bring home a durian, or yes, have durian pizza. Oh, yeahhhhhhhhh.....................

Get yourself on the Member Map and maybe you'll have company soon.

Spent a lot of time in PI. Wouldn't mind visiting there again! Never got to ride there but I know there are some awesome roads I would love to cruise.

The best part are the people and the cuisine. But, I'm with @trainermb . No balut for me!

I am with you glhadiator. No balut for me either. Trying once and feeling the feathers in my throat is enough. Yes it has some nice roads there but some maniacal drivers. Specially the guys who drive the Vhire vans.
This year I was in the front seat of one of these vans and the driver started very carefully and driving with care. I thought to myself that I am lucky to be in a van where there is some sort of sense and responsibility. After about 10 minutes of this careful driving he passed a church and he made the cross sign and then he was completely changed. He was driving like a suicidal maniac. We all hung for our lives. LOL.
I am back again in September and going to buy a small cruiser called Euro Keeway Superlight 200. It is a 200 cc bike but is a cruiser and for riding around about 3 to 4 times a year when I get there it is good enough, especially with a price of under 2000 dollars brand new.
