Separate bikes in sale forum

I think it would be a good idea to separate the bike types in the classifieds for sale forum. I have a 800a, and find it frustrating to fish through 900/1700/2000 listings to find something I can use. I suspect these parts are not interchangeable. It is also frustrating finding an intriguing listing only to find the item has long since been sold. It would be nice to periodically purge the forum of sold or old listings.

What do you think?

I think some parts between the 800s and 900s are interchangable... not many though as the 9 is a thoroughly reworked 800- dang near everything has been tweaked- for the most part.

But I agree, separate the bikes. Maybe a "small" (less than 800c), "midsize" (800-1200cc) and 'large" (anything bigger) section would be simpler.

Is there a Gadget page for us 900 owners???

Vulcan 900 "oily air filter" fix

Get 3-4 feet of tranny line from parts store that's the same ID as the stock vent line. Attach to jug, route hose up to bottom of fuel tank around wires and back down to airbox, cut off excess (leave a little slack so wires are NOT under tension) and attach to airbox. Reinstall everything.

Hey guys! I'm a new SuperModerator here and I will look into this ASAP. This is how we do it on some of the other AutoGuide sites I Administrate/Moderate so it makes sense! I'll get back to you about the subject as soon as I get an answer
