80/90/21 front tire wear

This tire is not much over a year old. I have a wobble at 70-80 mph. I have changed the Triple Tree to one with a 7 degree rake. What would cause a tire to wear like this (lumpy). Granted it is a cheap tire (KENDA KRUZ).

needs to be replaced, i just put on metz 90/90/21 after my dunlops were rotting out. supposedly the uneven wear /cupping is from uneven tire pressure but i wouldreplace and move up a size for more tire on the road

You could go with the MC II , about $90 from J&P cycle , I'm also sold on internal balancing like Ride On , or beads.

Looks more lime a balance problem. Should be replaced and make sure it is properly balanced. I have almost 6,000 miles on an inexpensive tire (Shinko 90/90-21) and have perfect wear. I would suggest the beads as tires are always changing.
be careful going with the larger size as many of them wont fit within the fender. I had to modify my fender braket and fender.
