140/90 vs 150/80

I have a chance at a great deal on a set of tires. I have 150/80-16 rear on my bike now and the new tire would be a 140/90-16. How much of a difference would there be? Pro's & cons? Any help would be great!!

140 is narrow but taller
150 is wider but shorter.

The engine will be turning less rpm's with the 140 and also the pegs won't drag as quickly on the curves.
