Block off plates

So i got some Baron block off plates, it came with the bolts and 3 rubber caps. I dont understand what the caps are for, because the hoses are removed and the caps dont fit the holes on the modular that sits on top of the front cylinder. I also have a Barons BAK instead of factory air intake. Are the caps for if you dont have the Baron BAK , to block off the two metal lines feeding into the air intake? I have no clue.

You should put caps on the metal lines with a BAK
