Baron air intake?

The VN1600 I recently bought has a different air intake on each side. On the RH side it definitely looks like a Baron air intake. But the LH side is different, or at least I assume it's not a Baron intake. Anyone recognize the style and brand name of this intake?

My guess it is not an air intake at all but just ornamental. Just remove it to make sure and there also might be some branding on the inside.

Thanks. As I have studied my Vulcan more, and read more of CaddManq's mods I've learned the left side "air cleaner" doesn't even have to be there. So maybe the previous owner did some mod on this bike already. As it is, if my Vulcan does not already have the mod to block off the left side of the intake it will eventually and then I'll not need that unique looking part on the left side of the engine. Lots to learn about this big v-twin, first one I've ever owned or worked on.
