Hoses dangling under the motorcycle

As stated previously I just bought a used 2003 Vulcan 1600 Classic. Happy with it so far. Have been looking over the motorcycle and am noting some things I want to fix or replace i.e. bolt that keeps the cover over the overflow for the radiator is missing, stuff like that.

While laying on the ground adjusting the foot pedal last night I notice there are three hoses that are just dangling a couple inches past the frame. Two in the rear and one in the front. I've been worried about it wondering what they are supposed to be attached to? Or if thats how it should be?

The two in the rear look like they head up to something just under the seat.

Is this normal? Just wondering if I need to figure out where they should be attached. Obviously I dont have a lot of experience in working on the bike.
