The Overflow Pipe

I have a 2008 1600 Nomad I have been noticing coolant coming from I checked my coolant inside the reservoir and I did notice it was low. My question is should I still see this even when the coolant is low? It's not a lot but it's noticeable. If anyone can help me out I would greatly appreciate it. To follow up on this question I added the coolant and idle it up until the fan came on no sign of any leaks and check the day afterwards no dripping go figure. But I still like some feedback on this and thanks.
