Is this Sissy Bar OEM or Aftermarket?

2006 Vulcan 1600 Classic. My bike has the following sissy bar, which I just assumed was OEM because my boss's 2008 has the exact same one and it has the V logo. I'm looking for a rear rack though, and I see some options but none of them seem to be for an OE sissy bar. In fact I can find virtually no references to an OE bar whatsoever. If by chance this happened to be a Cobra bar, I could use one of their rear racks, but I'd hate to order one without knowing for sure it would fit.

If it's Cobra, great! If it's OE, does anybody know of a rear rack that will work with it?

Edit - Naturally as soon as I post the question, I find the answer. That sissy bar seems to be Kawasaki part number K53043-070. As far as I can tell the only rear rack for it is Jardine 31-3004-01, which does not exactly seem to be readily available. Does anybody have any other leads for rear racks that would work without having to replace the sissy bar?
