Not sure what problem is.....

Hi, I finally signed up, though I have looked at the forum many times. Great site.

Anyway, I have a 2008 Vulcan 1600 classic. Earlier this year I went to start it and first the oil light came on and no priming of fuel system. I changed oil and filter and then it started. However the oil light continues to go on and now it is not starting again. New battery loses charge quickly as well. It smells as though it is running rich. It does have Cobra pipes and a Cobra Fi2000 fuel tuner, but both were installed 3 years ago with no problems until recently. Any thoughts? Thank you.

1. How many miles on it?
2. How long have you owned?
3. Are you sure it is the oil light and not FI light?
