Cobra Fi2000r install

So a few months ago i had to replace my cam chain tensioners , anyone who has done so knows that the factory intake tube blocks the front tensioner , so I removed it and went with a straight intake modification. The bike has run ok other than adjusting the idle speed to keep it from choking out , well i have adjusted to the max and have purchased the Fi2000r. I completed the install of the unit and put the tank back on and plugged back in all connections, when i turned the key on the LED's lit up but never went off ( like the instructions said they would ) and the bike wouldn't crank up at all. I removed the tank again and went back through the installation to make sure everything was connected properly, it was, put it all back together and again turned the key on, LED's lit up and wouldn't go out and bike wouldn't start. I can find no tech support from Cobra anywhere and after searching the forums here have not seen any threads with the same problem. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks

Does it still run if you take the Cobra controller off? I'd assume something might not be plugged in, or kill switch is on etc.

Guess I could've explained it better, starter turns the engine over but it won't catch and run. Waiting on tech support from Cobra but was planning on putting the tank back on tonight and seeing is she'd start without the module. hooked up

Well apparently Cobra had an old set of instructions in with this module, they sent me a pdf of the new ones and I got the bike to start and run. Now I just have to do a little fine tuning. Thanks for the comments/ideas.
