The end of the plug is wet when I pull it out I use a spark tester to make sure it was firing

Clean and dry plugs and then swap them front to back and see if problem moves.

I've put new plugs in it to since then to see If the plugs were fouled or had just broke down. I've put new injectors in it in case they were stuck open

What else have you done so far?
