Exhaust Header bolt+acorn

I saw this pop up on a 1500 but wanted to get the right answer for my 2005 1600 Nomad. I was pulling the exhaust off (V+H Bagger) and my buddy that had put it on, tightened the acorn nuts so hard it stretched the threads and one of the bolts just snapped.

I've searched far and wide on the Internet but I cannot for the life of me find the bolts, nuts and gaskets to fix this. Does anyone have suggestions? Also, should I replace all 4 bolts or just the 2 on the front cylinder? Here are some pics to help visualization I guess. Totally bummed.

part numbers are 92004 for the stud and 92210 for the nut.. I had the same thing happen to me. spray some pb blaster on the stud and let it soak overnight. I was able to get the stud out with some vise-grips on the stud and it eventually turned out
