Touch-up Paint

At the bottom rear of my fender i have some scuffs/chips, the color is Black, i have a touch-up pen, my question is should i wet sand with a very fine sandpaper,or not. any help would be appreciated.

If you go to the "Colorrite" website actually has some instructions there on how to touch-up & in what syn.

Happy it worked out for you patc,the metalflake titanium I ordered came and it was a Dark grey w metal flake,called them,,,said that's the code and its rite,told them it is wayyy to dark,not even close,got nowhere with them,almost threw it in the trash,sent it back w a stick it up ur a,,, note,thats my experience w colorwrong,hope others have better luck
btw,took bike to DuPont dealer,matched it,looks much better
