Is this relay plug and play or do you have to modify?

Plug and play, remove the old flasher relay and put this one in its place. Been working great for me for 2+ years now

Do you need to remove the entire tank to get to the flasher relay?

Nope. If you just lift up on the front of the tank you'll be able to get to it. I had a small chunk of 2"x4" I used to sit between the tank and frame to hold the tank up enough for me.

Something can happen if i wont install the flash relay straight after installing the bulbs? The relay will only arrive a month after the bulbs
