A bit chilly here for Florida but still riding. Have a 650 V Star but want to upgrade and was considering the 950 V Star Tourer but saw the 900 Vulcan
Lt and am interested in learning about it. I like the more Classic look of it.

Welcome from Orlando. I have a 2013 LT, and loving it. It was 35 degrees this morning and I had to defrost the ice from my windshield before leaving for work.

actually got to 34 degrees and I was going to ride my 55 miles to work but caved when the wife said "why don't you take the van ? "

Had the full face helmet(flip-up for coffee),scarf,ski pants,coffee to go and I was going to use rain rubber boots to cover my sneakers to keep out the chill
on the ankles,new leather gloves...insulated even...oh yea I was all set.
Leaving the house at 5:20am to arrive at 7:00am.

Welcome from another Floridian. I don't ride once it hits 40 degrees. Well, not the commute to work anyway! Enjoy your 900. I rode one for 3 years/40,000 miles. It's a fun ride. Welcome to the forum and Merry Christmas.
