Default Do Vulcans need re-torquing?

Hello all, I have a 2002 1500 Meanstreak and I have a small oil leak coming from the rear v-twin which seems to be coming from the cam chain tensioner and gaskets. Does anyone know what would cause this, and if I had my engine re-torqued, would this cause the problem? Does the Vulcan engine even need to be re-torqued? I wanna ride it long distance this summer and I'm trying to fix everything this winter. You guys have been a huge help in the past, and any suggestions would be great!
