Default hard lowers for Vulcan 2000

Got these from JTD cycle parts in Michigan, had them painted to match.
The wife and I rode last night, 27degrees, they do work.

What engine/crash guards are you running? I looked at these before, but they didn't fit the stock V2K Classic LT guards.

I appreciate the info Mark! I'm running some Airlite engine guard chaps. Thanks for encouraging me to spend more money.

Suggestion: if you do go with JTD's hard lowers, take his small trim and chunk it, go to Advance Auto parts, they have the same size trim which is FAR better and much more flexible to work into the vent openings.
Next project is to have a custom Drifter/Indian front fender made.........!!!

Mark, Would you mind telling me what style /brand your front cowl is? I love it.
Does it have a radio in it?

It's a radio caddy fairing, can be found at numerous sources. The Trike Shop in MN is where mine came from, another excellent source would be Jireh cycles ( I believe) in MO, who offered a guaranteed better price at the time. I had a Kenwood marine grade receiver in it, the CD player was defective, in the process of installing the replacement.
