Default Newbie in BC

Hi All Just picked up a 2011 Vulcan 900 custom SE last weekend. I'm pretty new to the whole motorcycle thing but have been a long time car guy. [60 in 43 years]. Started two wheeling 18 months ago with a 50cc Buddy then a Piaggio 250 MP3 then a 400 Burgman then an Aprilla Mana 850 GT and now the Vulcan or "Darth" as my son calls it. Still have the Burgman and Aprillia and have promised wife at least one will go! I really have to stay away from the used online ads. Really enjoy the forum, lots of very useful advice. Many thanks from Van Isle.

Welcome from Tennessee! I would keep the Burgman. I've got a Honda Silver Wing as my second ride, it is the closest thing to a perfect city vehicle there is!

Hmm... going to have to change the forums from the "Texas-Vulcans" to the "Canadian-Vulcans"...

Anyways,

Welcome to the fourms!

Thanks All.
Re: Old Bear
I was actually thinking of keeping the Aprilla. It is beautifully made, quick and almost as good to look at as "Darth". Told my wife best solution was a bigger garage but that's not going to fly!
