Grampsized mine last year, K&N filter and debaffeled stock pipes. I have a .138 main jet, just changed my pilot from stock 48 to a 50 a few days ago. Have a Dyno Jets needle with clip on 4th ring down from top. I know main jet is much smaller than reccommened, but works fine for me. Each bike is different, and enviroment, and elevation can all have an effect on how your carb is set. Reading the plugs will tell if your set good or not. I've put around 30,000 on this set up on my 05 800 classic.
