Do you guys wrap your pipes?

Contemplating wrapping my exhaust for the heat and the look. I know some swear by it and others claim it destroys your pipes.

I've wrapped and never had problems. Wraps are an effective heat barrier to protect the rider and quality wraps augment higher exhaust gas velocity thus enhancing performance slightly which can be verified on a Dyno so they say. I've never seen or heard of it jacking up pipes though there could be a first for anything depending on what a person has on a bike as far as pipe quality and wraps they use SO JUST MAKE SURE TO USE QUALITY MATERIALS AND PRODUCTS and not the cheap stuff or else that could be what others are talking about when they say bad effects and problems. Anyway, to each his own. Wish you success.
