If your exhaust is still stock, then you won't have to. It's only when you change both stock air cleaner and exhaust that you have to add a fuel processor.
No need for a dyno if its just the air cleaner.

I'm almost finished fitting up the Chucksters air cleaner and fitting a TFI processor to my bike then it's using those base settings on this page, then some minor adjustments as I've fitted an O2 sensor to the rear pipe so as I can get the fuel mixtures right.
I've got the Baron Big Air Kit, Cobra 2 into 1's, and the Cobra fuel processor. I haven't bothered to Dyno it, bike runs like a greased pig just as it is, thanks.
