Please post your bikes here to be entered in this month's Bike of the Month contest!
To enter your Vulcan, all you need to do is tell us a little about it, and post some photo(s). And don't forget the story behind the bike because that can often turn the trick!
The winner for each round will be chosen by our members' votes! A new voting thread will be created near the end of the month.

As long as you haven't won in the past year you can enter again.
Please post your entries in the active month's thread. That thread will be closed at the end of the month. We'll start a poll with that month's entries and the winner will be named and have their bike featured on the home page.
Also note that if you are new to the forums, you will not be able to vote in the contest until you have accumulated 15 posts

And the story:I recently purchased this bike from a female owner. It has 53,000 miles but runs like a champ. When I bought it it was already lowered in the back with progressive shocks, custom rear fender, cobra pipes, custom paint, driving lights etc. The paint job was nice but old. So see as I work as a painter, I decided to redo it. After tearing the bike apart I sanded it and fix a small dent in the tank. UI then did Gator Glass on the 2 side covers and windshield. I decided to hydro dip the tins in 2 different patterns. I first paint everything with a silver base coat. When that was dry I dipped all the tins in Black inferno pattern first ( skulls with flames). After that dried I then dipped the tins in a smoke pattern. After that was dry, I taped out the stripe in the middle (silver). I then taped off the top and painted the bottom black. After that dried I taped off the bottom and painted the top Candie necturine. I then added airbrushed flames over the black. I then added 6 coats of high solids clear. After a few days of drying time I sanded it with 1000, 1500, 3000 grit paper and buffed it. The "vulcan" and "92 cu. in." light up at night. I put the bike all back together and added a few more chrome pieces. This is the first week since I got it done.
Now THAT'S what I'm talking about! Great way to kick off the new year!
Jeesh, lets just vote him the winner and call it good?

Wow, that is enough for me not to submit my plane Jane 900 Classic. . I am going to hide in a corner now.
Go ahead and submit it! Why not! Don't let anyone win by default!
You can re-submit each month if you like, there's no limit. You only cannot submit if you've won in the past 12 months. Which is sort of a shame because I'd absolutely like to see this guy head to head against Smedlin! LOL

And the story: Here she is. She is pretty much a plain Jane stock 900 classic.
I had a Harley 883 I did all the stage stuff on and just went crazy with the pegs etc. The wife and after a year I detested that bike and got rid of it.
A number of years later I really wanted a bike again but was fed up with the Harley stigma. I did a lot of shopping for a bike and was dead set on a Yamaha Striker, but I did not like the feel of it, I found this 2010 in the overstock bikes. I sat on it an knew that was my bike. All I wanted to get for it at deal time were bags as I knew I wanted to ride it, I didn't care about customizing it.
I put risers on the bars last year and it never felt right so I took them off and still run the stock bars. I do have an Air Hawk for the seat which solved the seat issue. I may get a few little add ons but I don't want anything to take away from the look of the bike.
Yep it's pretty stock but I could not be prouder of it. I don't have a lot of pics as I think it stands for itself.

Reason: added a few pictures
Nice bike. Now we have a challenger. I will follow this up, hopefully tomorrow, as we will fight for second thus far. Give me a day to take some pics and clean my beauty up as well. Not as pretty a paint job as oneindrag, but, please use your imaginations and all will be pleasing to the eyes...
