No differerence between AMSOIL or any other oil. Contamination is contamination...

I'm talking about virgin Amsoil oil, would there be any contamination done to virgin/unused Amsoil MCF oil that is in an open container over time? If so, how much time?
Now, you are not only saying an opened container but, transferred into another container.
Contamination is also the slightest bit of moisture formed by condensation plus you have the chance of cross contamination from putting into another container.
Throw the oil in the trash is my recommendation. I wouldn't put it in my lawn mower.

I did a search on the internet, found a 2009 post where a person had contacted the Mobil Oil Comany with a question on the shelf life of their virgin oil and Mobil replied,
Unopened in factory sealed container stored indoors = 5 years
Unopened in factory sealed container stored subjected to freezing = 2 years
Once opened and air introduced = 1 year
What is Amsoil's recommendation for shelf life of their virgin oil once opened and air introduced?
Tom... You already said it has been transferred into another container.. I WILL NOT give any recommendations.. It is contaminated and junk as far as I am concerned.
