But I'm still planning on swapping out the 55 watt bulbs. Another buddy gave me LED bulbs that should fit. 4 watts each. Won't be quite as bright but they should still help.

Be sure to let us know how those LED's work. I have over 7000 miles on my 'walmart' bullet lights w/no issues; but if 4 watts will work, why not?
Oh yeah, if you got a link to the LED's you use, that would be great too!

I will be sure to do so. I have to get the link from the dude who gave them to me. I'll be sure to provide when I return from TN.
I ran the same lights for over a year on my FZ1, tried the LED bulbs and they are no where near the same brightness on the road. Being down on the forks they took a lot of abuse from rocks.
