Speedometer

Short of changing out pulley is there any other way to correct the speedometer discrepancy. Mine is off by 8mph!!!

I just automatically do the math in my head now. I just know if the speedo says 70, I might really be going 63-65. But maybe not. I've always felt that motorcycle gauges are just meant to be suggestive and not to be taken too seriously.

Yes, but some of us are anal and want the gauges to be f'n right like they should have been from the factory.

I mounted my droid and downloaded Cardockhome. It has a gps speedometer and I use that instead of the speedometer.

Oh, I can appreciate this feeling. And the "No Math" mindset. If I had a choice, I'd prefer accurate gauges, too. I just consider it a smaller inconvenience than you guys do. We can still be friends

Mount a GPS on a ram mount and then you will have an acurate speedometer.
