Never hurts to check but I would say SCAM. I googled the title of the post and it pulled up 7 different areas in CL.

I bet they have a sob story why they have to sale it and come up with an excuse for you not to be able to look at it and want payment and you to wait on a delivery that will never happen.

I do not know everyone's experiences with CL but I see more scams and dealer adds than owner adds in the areas around here.
