i have a new 2012 voyager what i found out with it is make sure the cap is all the
way pushed down it seems with my bike it will look closed but if you push hard it will
close more

Mine as well leaks when fill to the top. Sounds like we are all over filling. Mine stopped after not over filling about 1/2 from the top. In a hot day mine will depressurise as well. What do you think would happen if it did not release the presser? Not Good!!!
