A few shots of my '08 1500 Classic. I've since added a lay down license plate bracket. Also have a Memphis Shades windshield. I prefer the clean no frills look so usually ride without bags and shield, both come off and on the bike in a few minutes. I really like this bike. I've had it 3 years now, I put over 8K miles the first two years and less than 4K this summer because I was busy building a garage.
I wonder why I see so few Vulcans with this paint scheme. We're there few made? Only available in certain areas? Or do I just have weird taste? Anyone know?
If anyone knows how to resize these pics please let me know.

Couple more pics now that the seats are done......
no more yellow foam hangin out!

Total cost so far with new tire, new brakes, new seats, new battery, and windsheild bag.........about $1650.

Now to fix the bags, and find a cheapo sissybar/luggage rack......
