Old.... Don't waste your time on external lead weights. I've used Dyna Beads and "Ride On" tire balancer in various applications and love them both; way better than old style lead weights.

I have never balanced any of my tires after installing them. I just line up the dot with the stem and go with it. Never had a problem do that.
