VN1500A Classic starter/electrical issues

hello.. have a 1995 vulcan classic. with a fully charged battery and CCA amps electrically verified by a local auto store, the bike will turn over but if it doesnt start, i press the starter again and i hear the relay which im guessing is the solenoid not having enough voltage to energize therefore the clicking due to low voltage. is their a problem that anyone has seen with a weak starter or a solenoid problem???

Your best bet is to verify what the auto store has done. There have been times when the test was done incorrectly.

Check that your starter is good it could be over amping the system because the brushes are bad and is not able to turn the bike over.

As an add, Kawasaki starters give little to no trouble, so it is the last item on the list of usual suspects.
