i'm from Malacca, Malaysia. going to have new friends worldwide ride the same vulcan. having the 500 & 800 before, and possibly 900 this coming January.

Hey there friend. Loved visiting your area of the word while in the Marine Corps (especially Siloso and Goldkist). The best parts of my ocean going journeys were the Malacca and Sunda Straights. That water was so calm and tranquil and to this day I can close my eyes and see it all like it was yesterday.

In comparison it is gnarliest to ride in Thailand, Hong Kong, Vietnam, India, Pakistan, Egypt, Middle East, Afghanistan, Africa, Vietnam and the Philippines but not necessarily in this order. Malaysia is more tranquil it seems to me but hey I wasn't judging anything except the traffic, lack of traffic signs and lights, number of drivers and their attitudes towards driving.
