Done the 5th Gear resistor mod? it's very cheap and easy to do.

that is really an open ended question...
The only real limitation is your imagination and what you want the bike to be..
Mods range from Air intakes to Windshields... And all in between...

They fall into cosmetic and or performance and some involve both at same time.

I have an 08, completly stock, looking for both, but mainly if there are "must do's"

the only "MUST DO" is ride it and enjoy.

I started out with an 08 classic and I have only added parts to make it equal to an LT. (Bags, sissy bar, windshield, crashbar, Passenger Footboards and so on.)

Depends on what "path" you want to take the bike (looks and performance wise) and also your budget.

Most do the big three (new pipes, intake, fuel processor).

After that, other than perhaps a new front pulley, it's really all cosmetic.

One mod that's a "must" in IMHO is to replace the stock seat as it's a butt killer after more than an hour in the saddle. I went with a Russell "Day Long" seat on mine.

Working on pipes, got it narrowed down to few, as far as the intake dont have any ideas, and I guess until I get the pipes and the intake, I shouldnt need a processor.
