I'm in Florida right now but my home base is in Petersburg Il. I bought a 1999 Nomad after selling my 86 Goldwing. Rode it home and the clutch started slipping, took it to my local Kaw dealer and he did the spring rebuild with the mean streak clutch. On the way home it started slipping again. He rebuilt the clutch master cylinder (no charge) and that took care of it.
Really like the bike and my wife likes it too. Going to have to find a good way to take it with me as we are full time RVers. Have a swivel wheel motorcycle trailer but not really comfortable towing that behind our 5th wheel.
Wont be getting to ride some more until spring.
Not in Caddys like they used to be.........mostly minivans now! Keep that in mind lol !
