If you want your passenger to have ultimate comfort, here's what I'd suggest;
A Russel Day-Long seat. These are very wide, very well padded seats.
A Harley-Davidson Tour Pak mounted to the back (Very easy to do with a wompus rack). These have the biggest and most comfortable backrests of any of the touring trunks (my wife loves it), it's also about as big a touring trunk as you can get. There are lots of third party replicas for under $400 out there.
And finally, one of several bands of arm rests that will mount right to your Nomad.
Your passenger won't complain a bit!
