It will roll with some resistance, so make sure your on level ground when u do this.

Soo, it won't start at all, not even a "clicking" sound?

We need more info, it could be anything, even the kickstand indicator.

Are you in neutral when your trying to start it?

You are wasting you time doing other things until your battery is proven good.
New/charged does not always = good.

See post number 10.

He be correct. Could be a bad (new) battery.

Could be your terminal connections are not on tight.

did you say what year and how many miles it has?

Battery terminals are tight I will go and get the battery tested tomorrow thanks guys

It's a 03 mean streak with 21k the last owner said he had the recall done on the engine @ 15k but I'm not 100% on that as I don't know the guy
